Our client, a public media non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Executive Coordinator to support their team in Washington, DC!

About You:

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative/program coordination experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Interest in DEIB is a plus.
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills; ability to handle several projects at different stages simultaneously.
• Proactive and attentive to detail with the ability to demonstrate poise and professionalism in both written and verbal communication.

The Job:

• Manage the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the department.
• Assist with harassment and bias training programs.
• Calendar management; coordinate/schedule appointments.
• Prepare logistics for meetings and take meeting notes.
• Proofread and edit documents.
• Handle travel and expenses.
• Assist with additional grant projects and other special projects as needed.

This is an exciting temporary-to-hire position that pays $22/hr-$25/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $50K-$55K when made permanent (DOE).
