Our client, a public media non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Executive Coordinator, TV Content to support their busy team in Washington, DC!

About You:

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative and program coordination experience.
• Possess exceptional oral/written communication, organizational, customer service, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently (with minimal supervision) and in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams); SharePoint experience is ideal.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days/week) on-site at the Washington, DC location.

The Job:

• Manage the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the department; assist with special projects.
• Calendar management; coordinate and schedule appointments.
• Handle meeting preparations; prepare logistics for meetings and taking meeting notes.
• Manage travel arrangements and expenses.
• Draft and edit documents; maintain files and records.
• Provide additional special projects, administrative, and general team support as needed.

This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $22/hr-$25/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $50K-$55K when made permanent, depending on experience.
