Our client, a registered investment provider, is seeking an Executive/Marketing Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am to 6pm (1 hour lunch) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with 4 days a week in office and 1 day work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Support the COO with phone coverage, calendar management, travel, expense reports, and event planning
- Support the Investor Relations/Marketing teams
- Prepare marketing materials, update client presentations, and update website content
- General office management and administrative work
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative/marketing role in financial services
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and strong communication
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
- Experience with WordPress, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Clienteer (CRM) useful
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $95k base
