Our client, a commercial property management company located in Bethesda, MD, seeks an Executive Operations Assistant to support their team.

About you:

• 5+ years of high-level executive and/or personal assistant experience
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be comfortable with finance/numbers/bookkeeping
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Exercise judgment and discretion with confidential information

The Job:

• Time will be split between business and personal responsibilities
• Calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting prep
• Manage household staff/vendors and handle all onboarding/offboarding activities
• Maintain passwords and perform bookkeeping tasks for chairman's properties
• Providing flexibility and assistance with projects as needed
