Our client, a non-profit company, is looking for an Executive/ Personal Assistant to join their team in the downtown area of Chicago. In this position, you will handle the administrative needs of the CEO in a high volume, fast-paced work environment. This position, based on experience, pays up to $70k.
About You
- 1+ year as an executive and/or personal assistant
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Must be able to type 65-85 wpm
- Must be experienced with calendar management, use of Outlook notices and Zoom conference calls/meetings
- Previous experience booking travel arrangement is a plus
- Prior project management experience is a plus
- Must be able to handle confidential information
