Hedge Fund in Midtown. Manhattan is looking to hire a TTP EA/PA who will also help with some office management duties, this would be about 20% of the job. The primary duties will be supporting the Portfolio Manager and his family with personal tasks, reservations, medical claims, travel and errands. Beyond personal work this person will serve as the EA/OM to the PM and support other folks in the office as needed. Tasks associated with this role are calendar management, travel, expenses, ordering supplies, setting up conference rooms for meetings, data entry and other tasks as needed. Must have a BA, experience in a similar/blended role and know you love working in the PA capacity. The person in this role should not fluster easily. Should have strong written/verbal communication skills, a flexible attitude and the willingness to jump right in at a moment's notice and be resourceful. Daily hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm. Should feel comfortable checking email after hours, but this isn't a demanding 24/7 role. This is a small office so must feel comfortable in that type of setting. Salary is dependent on epxerience up to 90K + discretionary bonus.
