Great client of ours is looking to bring on an level Accountant due to recent growth and promotions. Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the monthly/quarterly internal reporting package, including, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow and intercompany reporting information.
- Preparation of monthly ad-hoc reporting packages to the head office including target/estimates, various key performance indicators, disclosure items, commentary and others
- Preparation of journal entries and financial analyses related to insurance reserves and a wide array of other accounting areas.
- Assist with internal controls compliance, including the documentation, review and execution of corporate financial reporting and accounting internal controls.
- Support and assist external auditors' quarterly review and annual audit processes.
- Assist with functions related to the company's acquisition accounting and integration.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly analytics over the consolidated financial statements.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance
- 0-1+ years of experience
- Strong excel skills
- Ability to work independently
