Our client, a Commerical Real Estate firm, is seeking a Project Accountant. This role will oversee new construction jobs from start to finish.
Main Responsibilites:
- Review/Approve invoices and billing
- Manage budget and set up construction job from start to finish
- Prepare monthly balance sheet related to jobs and fixed assets
- Assist with monthly drawing with project managers
- Ad-hoc projects
- Assist with subcontractor invoicing and payments
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience, ideally within Real Estate/Construction
- Job Costing experience required
