Our client, a global manufacturing company, is looking for a Sr. Analyst that will be apart of their fixed assets accounting team. The role will be involved with managing the relationship with vendors and lean more on the analytic side of accounting.
Main responsibilites:
- Work with vendors to compile monthly closing reporting to ensure fixed assets are accurate
- Assist with preparation of journal entry requests
- Provide support for monthly preparation of federal and state income tax provisions
- Support fixed asset support for tax department
- Review and approve reports ana analysis relating to fixed assets
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting/Finance/Business required
- Masters or CPA/CMA a huge plus
- 5+ years of general accounting experience in a large international business preferred
- Strong knowlege of GAAP and IFRS preferred
