Job Description: A global law firm is seeking to hire an experienced Billing Coordinator. If you aspire to become a part of a dynamic and consistently top-ranked legal practice, then this may be the right role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and audit billing files to be reviewed.
  • Oversee the billing and payment processes for both new and existing clients.
  • Develop, cleanse and structure billing reports in light of accurate data reporting.
  • Maintain accurate record of client guidelines.
  • Utilize Excel to manipulate large data sets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (highly preferred)
  • 3+ years of law firm billing experience
  • Proficient in Excel
