A Company in the Healthcare Industry is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This position will have the opportunity to work closely with the Accounting Director on various responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare month-end closing journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations for all responsible property accounts
- Produce and report Financial Statements for a portfolio of real estate properties, including analysis
- Assist in the annual budgeting process, cash management activities and treasury tasks
- Collaborate with the property management accounting and operations teams, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Prepare schedules and analyses for tax consultants and external auditors
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and manage time efficiently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience
- CPA is a plus
- Public Accounting experience is a plus
