Position Summary:
A real estate investment firm is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This position willhave the opportunity to manage the full cycle of accounting operations for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and approve all transactions and system changes
- Manage the month-end closing process
- Prepare jorunal entries for the General Ledger
- Supervise payroll procedures
- Manage financial reporting and SEC reporting operations in an effective, timely manner
- Review invoices and assist in the billing process
- Forecast and monitor daily cash flow
- Make adjustments as needed to maximize all accounting processes efficiently
- Maintain internal controls
- Keep records and ensure confidentiality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of experience
- CPA is a plus
