Job Description: An industry-leading manufacturing company is looking to bring on a new Process Excellence Manager to their growing team. In this role, you will establish necessary structures and controls while simultaneously developing your own team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analyses to determine KPI's.
- Record and report on relevant P2P metrics.
- Identify, develop, and implement projects needed to accomplish continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or another relative field.
- 6+ years of experience in a process improvement role.
- ERP experience.
- Formal experience in methodology, i.e., Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
