A unique real estate development, design, and management company is looking to add a Senior Tax Accountant to their expanding finance function. This role will handle a blend of state, local, and federal tax duties. Whether you're ready to apply your expertise in a newly-created role, gain exposure to upper business leadership, or are simply looking for a true work-life balance, this role may be a fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare various tax returns (federal, state and local, sales and use)
- Generate tax documents.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of tax law.
- Oversee revenue generated systems to ensure tax rates are accurate.
- Work cross-functionally with other essential teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 3+ years of public accounting, or relevant industry experience.
- GAAP knowledge.
- ProSystem FX and CCH Access experience.
- Experience working with property accounting software including Yardi or Sage is a PLUS.
