A unique real estate investment firm is searching for an experienced property accountant to join their team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with other financial teams to perform a variety of general accounting duties. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries.
- Conduct variance analyses.
- Perform account and bank reconciliations.
- Produce necessary financial reports and statements.
- Aid in the development and implementation of internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 3+ years of relative work experience.
