Position Summary:

A leading medical device manufacturer is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team. This position will be responsible for leading the accounts receivable teams and manage all day-to-day functions and processing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire accounts receivable function to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and collections.
• Ensure the accurate preparation and distribution of customer invoices, verifying that billing details are correct and comply with company policies.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
• Supervise and mentor accounts receivable staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance and development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the accounts receivable function.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements related to accounts receivable.
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and finance, to address issues and support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachlor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of experience
• full cycle management experience
• project management skills are a plus
• strong organizational and communication skills are a plus
