Responsibilities:
- Prepare SEC reporting forms such as 10Q and 10K
- Complie with SOX and other internal controls
- Interact with controller and public accounting firms as needed for reporting
- Prepare and provide financial data and analysis
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting or Finance required
- Understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting
- Previous audit experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of public accounting experience
- CPA or in progess highly preferred
