A major fortune company is looking for an experienced accountant to join their external reporting team. In this role, you will be apply your knowledge of GAAP and SOX guidelines to prepare SEC reporting materials and conduct various financial analyses.
Key Responsibilities:
- 10K and 10Q preparation.
- Analyze balance sheet and income statement data to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure SOX and internal controls compliance.
- Work collaboratively with global finance teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- SEC reporting experience.
- GAAP and SOX knowledge.
- CPA is preferred.
