Position Summary:

A major Fortune 200 Company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the quickly growing team in their Philadelphia office. This position will work closely with other departments to manage various accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily tasks related to the month-end close process
• Work with upper management to resolve disrepencies and improve processes
• Prepare month-end closing journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations
• Produce and report Financial Statements including analysis
• Assist in the annual budgeting process and cash management activities
• Collaborate with the accounting team with minimal supervision
• Prepare schedules and analyses
• Assist with auditing to ensure a smooth process for the team
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and manage time efficiently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• 4+ years of experience
• CPA is a plus
• Public accounting experience is a plus
