Position Summary:
A vertically integrated energy company is seeking a Senior External Reporting Analyst to join their team. This position will focus heavily on SEC reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various quarterly and yearly SEC reporting duties including filings and disclosures
- Collaborate with other teams on projects related to external reporting
- Conduct technical research and analysis, following GAAP guidelines
- Coordinate with auditors outside of the company
- Assist in other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting or reporting
- CPA is a plus
