A global manufacturing company is looking for an experienced accounts payable professional to join their team as a Senior Disbursements Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's disbursements function while coordinating AP procedures with offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement controls and process improvements.
- Oversee positive pay activities.
- Manage government related AP reporting.
- Work collaboratively with offshore AP team.
- Serve as disbursements expert by providing counseling on how to resolve issues, supplying necessary insights, and engaging with other teams to address failure points.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- 4+ years of accounts payable experience.
- ERP experience (SAP or QAD highly preferred).
- Experience collaborating with global teams.
