A Fortune 200 company is looking for an experienced accountant to join their compensation accounting team. As a Senior Accountant, you will handle a variety of accounting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting duties pertaining to employee compensation. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the month-end close process.
- Produce financial statements and analyze variances.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages.
- Assist in financial analysis and budgeting duties.
- Aid in both internal and external audit processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 4+ years of general ledger or public accounting experience.
- Thorough understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance.
- CPA is preferred.
