Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the Senior Treasury Analyst will participate in all aspects of the company's corporate treasury and cash management. This position will oversee the day-to-day cash/banking operations of the company as well as lead the cash forecasting and funding needs. This position will work closely with various departments across the business as well as external vendors and partners and requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and cross-departmental cohesion. This position is based in the Philadelphia area and has a hybrid schedule.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare cash positioning and oversee bank accounts on a daily basis
- Ensure appropriate liquidity is maintained for the needs of business operations, capital projects, acquisitions and debt service.
- Initiate domestic and international wires, domestic ACH and tax payments, client automatic-debit payments, etc.
- Analyze and forecast cash needs for all subsidiaries and affiliates both domestic and international; and, maintain short-term and long-term cash forecasts
- Anticipate and manage debt balances, conduct borrowing and investing activities.
- Coordinate and execute FX trades with business partners and banks as needed.
- Support the Global Treasurer and Treasury Manager with reporting requirements including debt covenants and controls (SOX compliance) as well as the implementation and documentation of policies and procedures that drive process improvements, efficiencies and synergies.
- Maintain and update treasury reports and databases, e.g. Schedule of bank accounts and list of authorized signers for those accounts
- Be a resource for strategic Treasury initiatives such as rating agency presentations, debt capital marketing initiatives and global liquidity management
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or a related field required
- MBA or CTP preferred
- 3+ years of related treasury experience
- Knowledge of SOX compliance for publicly traded companies.
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interface and collaborate across all organizational levels and discipline
