Our client, a $20-60M manufacturing related company located in Montgomery County, near Lansdale, PA is in need of a top-notch HR Benefits and Payroll Associate on a contract to hire basis. This job will heavily focus on HR administration and benefits with additional duties of Payroll, and will work directly with Controller and HR Director. This is a highly visible role with need for high discretion and confidentiality. Seeking someone highly motivated with great communication skills.
Benefits & Payroll Associate
$35-40/hour + 1.5 OT (pay 65-70K when converts to permanent)
Hybrid work schedule

Benefits & Payroll Associate
Job Focus:
- Onboarding of employees
- Administration of benefit plans including Health and 401K, etc...
- Payroll processing (150-200 employees)
- Compensation and succession planning
- Employee training and Development
- Safety and Compliance
Required:
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Paycor or Paylocity experience a plus
