Our client a small $3-6M construction add-on services company located in beautiful Fairmount section of Philadelphia is in need of a sharp and accurate Bookkeeper for a 4-6 month contract to cover for a medical leave. This position is critical and is very operationally as well as financially focused. You will work directly with the owner in a very family and employee friendly environment.
ON-SITE work schedule 5 days a week
$30-35/hour + 1.5 OT
Bookkeeper
Focus:
- Performd daily billing and invoicing procedures
- Pay bills and manage accounts payable resolving any discrepancies
- Accounts receivable duties, posting cash received
- Monthly reporting of AR, AP and billing summaries
- Month end close procedures in Quickbooks, month end accruals and journal entries
- Bank reconciliations and cash management
Required:
- 5+ years relevant work experience
- Quickbooks experience
- Bachelors degree a plus
