Our client is a very prestigious law firm in Center City Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Billing Associate to join their top performing accounting team! This position is due to growth and reorganization and is a very high visibility role. You will interact with accounting management as well as attorneys and clients. This is a contract-to-hire role and the firm offers FANTASTIC top-shelf salary and benefits.
Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office
Pay $32-35/hour + 1.5 OT (salary $70-75K range when converts to permanent)
Sr. Billing Coordinator
FOCUS:
- Preparation of client billing files and invoices for attorney review
- Process and follow billing and payment procedures for new and existing clients
- Manages and support the e-billing process
- Create client statements monthly and field any client inquiries
- Support accounting and month end close procedures
- Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis
Required:
- High school diploma required - Bachelors degree a plus
- Minimum of 4 years legal billing experience
- Aderant software experience a big plus
- strong Excel skills
