Our client, a prominent employer in lower Bucks County, PA near Trevose, is seeking a team player to join their accounts payable team in their accounting department. This position is hybrid, 50% in the office, and 50% work from home. The company is very employee friendly and has built an amazing culture. Accounts Payable Associate
$25-27/hour + 1.5 OT ($50-55K when converts to permanent)
HYBRID - 50% work from home (2-3 days a week)
Location: Trevose, PA area
Job Focus:
- Process high volume 300-500 invoices per week
- Properly code invoices to the appropriate GL account
- Calculate and verify proper sales tax on invoices
- Process weekly AP check run
- Investigate and resolve vendors questions and inquiries
- Creates new vendors and completes credit applications as needed
- Maintains vendor certificates of insurance and ensures compliance
- Run various month end reports for accounting month end
- Other duties as assigned
Required:
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years AP experience
- Netsuite experience a plus
