ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Maintain U.S. bank relationships and oversee all subsidiaries' bank access and controls for organizational portfolio.
* Manage the month end close process, including reconciliations, accounting operations for payables, receivables, statutory taxes, credit card and cash reporting.
* Supervise payroll accounting.
* Manage the synchronizing of equity/investment transactions and ledger recording.
* Prepares U.S. entities' monthly financials.
* Ensure timely close of the books monthly and accurate preparation of the financial results for consolidated portfolio.
* Perform detailed analysis of financial results (actual and budget) to present to senior management on monthly basis.
* On quarterly basis, prepare lender compliance reporting, quarterly financial statements, and investor reporting.
* Manage and coordinate statutory audits and tax returns for all legal entities work closely with external auditors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive and relevant experience in accounting and financial management including financial reporting, multi-currencies, and consolidation. Experience working with businesses in diverse sectors & locations.
* Experience in financial reporting including consolidation, intercompany and foreign currency accounting required.
* Public accounting or private equity background is preferred.
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of US GAAP required, experience with IFRS a plus.
* Comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar accounting software), and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. Knowledge in reporting/consolidation software is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
