Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a repeat client in Washington, DC to find an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This position would be reporting to the Director of Finance and would be responsible for full cycle AP, bank deposits, and posting in the general ledger. Job Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly invoices.
- Processing and posting bank deposits.
- Cutting checks.
- Processing expense reports as needed.
- Processing reconciliations as needed.
- Uploading AP invoices for approvals based on purchase orders.
- Maintain timely correspondence with vendors in regard to invoices.
