Beacon Hill Financial just teamed up with a great client of ours looking for a Finance Associate to join their team. This position will have the opportunity to not only work with daily accounting functions like AP/AR but additionally will be assisting with budgeting/forecasting. Below is the job description. Job Description:
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
- Ensure accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain vendor records.
- Assist in managing cash flow by monitoring accounts payable and expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances and report findings to management.
- Provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and schedules.
