Beacon Hill Financial just teamed with a great corporate client of ours looking for a Staff Accountant to join their growing team. This position will be reporting to the Senior Accountant and has the ability to expand their skillsets in many aspects of the accounting process. Below is the job description. Job Description
- Process and approve invoices
- Communicate with departments and vendors to resolve issues/discrepancies relating to invoices and payments
- Prepare and enter journal entries for prepaids and month end invoice accruals
- Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts monthly (including accounts payable, prepaids and other liability accounts) for monthly closing process
- Maintain Vendor and Journal Entry files
