JOB DESCRIPTION

REMOTE ADP PAYROLL CONSULTANT: DETAILS
Title: Remote ADP Payroll Consultant
Location: Home offices are Nashville TN and Atlanta GA
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $45-65/ hour
Type: Consultant project (60-120 days)
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT | Monday - Friday
Remote: Yes - employee needs to work in Central or Eastern timezone

REQUIREMENTS: REMOTE ADP PAYROLL CONSULTANT
* 5+ years of upper payroll management experience
* 5+ years of ADP experience
* 9+ years of full-time enterprise level payroll experiences
* Prior experience mentoring, developing, and consulting payroll manager
* Must have multi-state payroll experience
* Experience with wage garnishment
* Experience with payroll variance reports
* CPP preferred nut not required

RESPONSIBILITIES: REMOTE ADP PAYROLL CONSULTANT
* Mentoring the current Payroll Manager to evolve them into the Payroll Director
* Assisting with policies and procedures
* Guiding the team on best payroll practices
* Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
* Enters, verifies and audits timekeeping records.
* Compiles payroll data such as hours worked, taxes, insurance, and union dues to be withheld
* Computes pay and deductions for adjustments and manual checks.
