HYBRID STAFF ACCOUNTANT: DETAILS
Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Nashville TN
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $60k-65k+ Full Benefits
Hours: 8am - 5pm | Monday - Friday
Type: Direct Hire
Openings: 3
REQUIREMENTS: STAFF ACCOUNTANT
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (or degree in business with relatable experience)
* 0-3 years of Accountant experience
* Strong Knowledge of GAAP
* Financial management and reporting
- Technical capacity
RESPONSIBILITIES: STAFF ACCOUNTANT
* Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
* Analyze income statement for budget variance.
* Prepares general ledger account and reconciliations and related journal entries.
* Reconciles monthly bank statements and provide weekly cash availability to accounts payable team.
* Reconciles monthly bank statements and has responsibility for cash management.
* Assists with year-end reporting including, but not limited to audits and annual filings.
* Maintains financial security by following internal controls and promoting ethical environment.
