JOB DESCRIPTION
CORPORATE TAX ACCOUNTANT: DETAILS
Title: Corporate Tax Accountant
Location: Nashville TN (Metro Center)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $85,000-112,000/year
Type: Direct Hire Opportunity
REQUIREMENTS: CORPORATE TAX ACCOUNTANT
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of working experience in Tax accounting (corporate or public accounting)
- Experience with multi-state corporate and partnership income tax returns
- Advanced Excel skills
RESPONSIBILITIES: CORPORATE TAX ACCOUNTANT
* Prepare annual corporate and partnership tax returns and extensions.
* Calculate quarterly estimated tax payments.
* Roll forward and/or reconcile various tax-related accounts.
* Participate in the preparation of the annual income tax provision calculation (ASC 740).
* Research tax questions/issues and involvement in other special projects.
