Multi-Office practice is in search for an Accounts Payable Specialist in their St. Louis location. The ideal candidate will need 1+ years full cycle Accounts Payable, strong time management and organizational skills. Microsoft Business Central and Microsoft Excel experience are both a big plus. Responsibilities include analysis of invoice and expense reports, pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities and scheduling and preparing check runs as well as ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos.
