The Senior Real Estate Accountant will oversee and manage general accounting functions and improve efficiencies amongst the department.
Must have:
- Strong Month End Close experience
- Journal entries, financial statement analysis, cash flow, budget vs. actual, and AP/AR experience
- Experience managing a portfolio of properties and the accounting needed
