Our client, a global real estate firm in NYC, is seeking an Accountant to join their growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including general accounting, Excel proficiency, and the management of expenses. You will work closely with Property Managers and Asset Managers, and collaborate with the Finance Team, which comprises a Controller, Accounting Manager, and Senior Accountant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a strong work/life balance and the chance to contribute to a highly engaged and effective team under strong leadership. You must have some level of exposure to the real estate industry and be fine with a hybrid work model (2-3 days in the Soho office).
