JOB DESCRIPTION
AP SPECIALIST: DETAILS
Title: AP Specialist
Location: Alpharetta GA
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $22-28/hour
Hours: 8am - 5pm | Monday - Friday
Type: Contract to hire opportunity
REQUIREMENTS: AP SPECIALIST
* 1+ years of experienced in AP
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
* Strong analytical skills, be initiative-taking, have a drive for accuracy, enjoy finding and discovering discrepancies, job cost experience, enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a working knowledge of Excel
RESPONSIBILITIES: AP SPECIALIST
* New vendor set ups
* Entering invoices
* Verify each Subcontract Work Order/Contract created by our supervisors.
* Assist supervisors writing/translating/managing the Work Orders/Contracts.
* Verify paperwork received from subcontractors to ensure compliance with the Work Order/Contract.
* Review, code, and enter Subcontractor Invoices/Payment applications
* Process printed checks weekly in rotation.
* Maintain current W-9 and Certificates of Insurance of all subcontractors.
* Print, attach to checks, and follow-up on executed sub affidavit documents.
* Import and post subcontractor pay applications/Invoices
