JOB DESCRIPTION
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST: DETAILS
Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Nashville, TN
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $22-25/hour (depending on experience)
Type: Contract to Hire or Direct Hire
Hours: Monday -Friday | 8am-5pm CT
REQUIREMENTS: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
* 3+ years of hands-on accounts receivable experience.
* Experience with computer-based accounting programs.
* Proficient with excel
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
RESPONSIBILITIES: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
* Ensure company receives payment for goods provided, including collection calls.
* Posting customer payments and reconciling discrepancies.
* New account credit review and set-up.
* Support duties related to other accounting functions.
* Compile and prepare company reports and summaries.
* Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
