Beacon Hill Financial just teamed up with a great non-profit client of ours looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team and assisted in their 2024 accounting backlog. This position is going to be a couple month long contract assisting the organization with their 2024 backlog of transactions and revenue bookings. You will be looking heavily within excel so someone with strong excel experience is preferred. Below is the job description. Please don't hesitate to apply if you are interested!
Job Responsibilities:
- Compare organizations recorded transactions to their bank statements to ensure they match.
- Checking AP/AR outstanding bills and unpaid invoices are accurate.
- Cross-reference invoices with p[payment records.
- Recording unrecognized income or expenses at the end of each accounting period.
