Position Description:

Change Management role is available because the client is moving from one ERP system to another which impact 65 people.

Specific software is not important. Work ethic and attention to detail are paramount. Would like basic knowledge of Excel. They utilize Microsoft Suite, so they have MS Projects and MS Visio. That knowledge is helpful. Most important is they need to be able to build communication plans, measure change, and write procedures. This person will primarily work with the Technology, Finance and Procurement Teams.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Change Management Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing change management for key initiatives with our organization. You will work closely with HR leadership, department heads, and project teams to ensure successful implementation of changes related to people, processes, and technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in change management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
