Medium sized not-for-profit organization is in search for a CFO. The CFO will develop and execute financial strategies, manage budgeting, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the executive team on strategic planning, managing daily financial operations, and leading the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA and/or MBA preferred) and over 10 years of financial management experience, preferably in the non-profit sector or public accounting. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, as is a deep commitment to our mission and values.
