Our client, a leading global firm in the fintech space is looking to add a Director of Global Payroll to their team. This role reports to the Controller and will manage two payroll associates. The main responsibility of this role is managing the end-to-end process of processing payroll through UKG/UltiPro for 1000+ employees globally. This role is hybrid with 3 days in the Manhattan, NY, or Warren, NJ office.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
- 5+ years of managing a payroll team
- 5+ years using UKG/UltPro
- International payroll experience
