We are seeking a Budget Analyst to join a well established, national company with a location in Central Cleveland. This is a hybrid role of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have experience with budgets, analyzing general ledgers, and creating reports and visual representations to guide financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with company leadership on budget development.
- Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of budget proposals.
- Create summary reports to highlight spending trends.
- Provide budget and forecasting support to practice groups and senior staff.
- Analyze variances between budget and actuals in general ledgers.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Use business intelligence tools to create interactive reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or budgeting.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Financial analysis, modeling, and budgeting experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
