Responsibilities

• Setup, testing and managing EDI files and maintaining logs for clients. Loading the files and creating reconciliation reports daily or weekly depending on the submission of the file from the client.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external customers to respond to inquiries regarding EDI file management.
• Handling initial client EDI census file loads

Accountabilities

• Must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with and communicate clearly, effectively, and accurately with internal and external customers.
• Accountable for the accuracy of all responsibilities as errors could result in significant financial impact to the company and the client.

Education, Skills, Personal Attributes, and Experience Required

• 2+ years of experience in the medical/dental insurance industry preferred.
• Attentive to detail, accuracy and deadlines, good organizational skills and high level of initiative.
• Strong oral, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
