Manufacturing corporation in St. Louis is in search for a Payroll Benefits Specialist. The ideal candidate will need 3+ years payroll processing on a weekly and bi-weekly basis, experience handling confidential information, and experience with employee benefits administration. Responsibilities include weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing utilizing a third party payroll company, manage travel incentives, allowance for employees on temporary assignment from their primary location, ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and tax regulations, assist with tax filings within payroll system, manage employee benefits administration, ad hoc projects as required and oversee the annual benefits programs and reconcile benefit provider monthly invoices.
