Beacon Hill Financial is currently seeking candidates for a temp to perm Accounts Payable Clerk role in St. Louis, MO. They are looking to bring on Accounts Payable Clerks to assist wtih their day to day accounting functions. Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and tracking invoices, check requests and expense reimbursements for accuracy, proper approvals and other supporting evidence
• Ensuring that there is no fraudulent activity with respect to invoices, check requests and expense reimbursements
• Partneringwith internal and external payment requestors to obtain sufficient information to support payments including invoices, tax id numbers, etc.
• Overseeing the retention of documents by electronic scanning and filing
• Reviewing vendor statements and takes initiative to question and resolve any disputes
• Communicating to all clients and responds to all of their inquiries
• Performing ad hoc projects/duties as they arise
