Beacon Hill Financial is looking for a contract to hire a payroll specialist for one of our clients. The is a hybrid role in the Granite City, IL area. If interested in learning more about this role or any of the other roles Beacon Hill Financial is recruiting for, please apply.
Job Specifications:
- Experience with high volume, multi-state payroll environment
- Experience in coordinating long-term and short-term planning in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent organizational skills and Customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with vendors, management, and team members
- Ability to work with all levels of management and interact effectively with team members.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience with Ulti-Pro is required
- Union experience is a huge plus
- 3-5 years of full cycle payroll processing experience
- Proficient with O365 suite, specifically Word and Excel
- Experience with Ceridian and Workday a plus
