Beacon Hill s currently looking for candidates for a temp to hire Recruiter position in St. Louis, MO. Candidates for the Recruiter position will be responsible for the following:
- Full-cycle recruiting
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods
- Track and communicate updates to management
- Facilitate on-boarding (background checks, drug tests, reference checks, etc)
- Work with Managers and Supervisors in order to understand hiring needs
