Beacon Hill Financial is currently looking for Bookkeepers for a temp to perm opportunity in St. Louis. The job responsibilities are as follows:
- Record and update employee timecards and time keeping entries
- Post payment to Accounts Receivable accounts
- Maintain monthly balance sheet and income statement
- Perform other duties as directed by Management.
Training &/or Experience:
- 3 years booking keeping experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, Access or other database).
